Mission

The Morton Cure Paralysis Fund is committed to finding a cure for paralysis caused by spinal cord injury and other disorders of the central nervous system.   It is also a community of people that provides informational and emotional support to those affected by paralysis.

Strategy

MCPF supports cutting-edge ideas, enabling researchers to gather the proof-of-concept data needed to pursue multimillion dollar grants from large financiers such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, and the National Science Foundation.  In effect, MCPF helps place new research products in the investigation pipeline.
